My Teaching Style: I passionately teach private and duet Pilates sessions, rather than big group classes, allowing for personalized instruction.  With my attentive and detailed style, we get down to business, but always with a light-hearted attitude. My clear and precise approach works through the "nitty gritty" and helps organize the body into its most efficient self, leaving you feeling revitalized and moving with ease.

STOTT PILATES: I am a Fully Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor.  STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates and was founded by a team of physical therapists, sports medicine experts, and fitness professionals. This resulted in the inclusion of modern principles of exercise science, fascial fitness, and spinal rehabilitation, making it one of the safest and most effective methods available for athletes, the aging population, and everyone in between.

Using this platform has helped clients to have more self-reliance, agency, and a deeper understandings of their bodies. Enjoy the convenience of doing Pilates out of your own home or while traveling! A floor space with carpet or a thick mat is all that is required.
